How to cite a figure

Every figure carries a chip or is printed blank. The chip names the form, the worksheet, the line, the column, the fiscal period, the label as filed, the release tag and the release hash. The copy button on the chip gives you the citation below in one piece. Cite the filing and the cell. The site is where you read it.
